We invite you to join us for an overnight camping trip to Nakuru and enjoy hiking Menengai crater, overnight camping, game drive and bird watching at Lake Nakuru National park.

About Menengai crater & Lake Nakuru National Park
Menengai Crater is one of Kenya's most intriguing destinations with spectacular scenery; it is surrounded by lush forest protected by the Kenya Forest Service. The crater is believed to be the second largest caldera in the world at 90 km2 and almost 2500 m above sea level.

Lake Nakuru National Park is home to a huge numbers of native African animals including waterbucks, warthogs, impalas, buffalo, Rothschild giraffes, elands, endangered black rhinos, white rhinos and, occasionally, leopards. A large herd of hippos have a territory in the northern part of the lake, making for interesting game viewing. The park is also renowned as a bird sanctuary with over 400 bird species.
